# NEXOS

> NEXOS B.V. is the European operations partner for Asian manufacturers of hydrogen (H₂), LNG and CNG fuelling equipment. Based in Arnhem, the Netherlands, NEXOS coordinates EU certification and then carries ongoing compliance and a single European point of contact, long after the certificate is issued.

NEXOS is not a certification bureau, a consultant, a distributor, or an installer. It provides the sustained European representation of a manufacturer's operation as one engagement (twelve-month minimum, typically multi-year), independent of manufacturer sales and representing no competitors. Its experience is operator-side: eight years inside European hydrogen, LNG and CNG fuelling infrastructure.

Positioning: most certification bureaus stop at the certificate. NEXOS begins there.

## What NEXOS does
- Certification & market access: CE, PED and ATEX certification coordinated through accredited European notified bodies (LRQA, SGS, Bureau Veritas), with no exclusive arrangements. The formal Authorised Representative appointment is coordinated, not held by NEXOS.
- Ongoing compliance: continuous monitoring of CE, PED, ATEX, ADR and the Dutch PGS directives, with a structured monthly Operations Letter delivered on the second working day of every month, run on IPMA-D project management.
- European representation: a registered Arnhem address on the manufacturer's product documentation; customer, operator and authority liaison in Dutch, English or German, acknowledged within one business day.
